Lindsey Mosby
Partner, Healthcare Experience & Innovation
Prophet
Lindsey is a partner in Prophet’s Austin office, specializing in healthcare transformation and innovation. For nearly 20 years, she has been dedicated to making healthcare experiences more connected, more compassionate, more transparent and dare we say it, delightful.
That calls for thinking big, being brave and listening well–skills she’s cultivated in her 20 years in design strategy and innovation. (Being a mom, road warrior, industry speaker and trying out for a spot in Lilith Fair helped, too.) Working with legacy and start-up healthcare players, she focuses on envisioning and executing innovation programs that lead to a more human, and more sustainable healthcare ecosystem.
Before joining Prophet, she led global strategic design for Philips Design and Philips Healthcare Transformation Services. Prior to that, she spent seven years building the Healthcare Practice from scratch at frog Design. Key clients have included Pfizer Consumer Health, the Mayo Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, UCSF, TEVA, Johnson & Johnson, AARP, Otsuka, Boston Scientific, Merck, Medtronic and Cigna.
In addition to her work as a client advisor and team lead, Lindsey speaks on design strategy and healthcare experience innovation to audiences around the world, including organizations in Copenhagen, Shanghai, Singapore and Australia.
She earned an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Georgia, and a Masters of Science in information, design and technology from Georgia Institute of Technology. She loves music and was a vocal performance major in college (but was more interested in being the next Stevie Nicks). She’s also passionate about art and travel and loves her husband and two sons a ridiculous amount.
