Bill joined Minto USA in 2009 and drove Minto’s traditional community expansion into multiple Florida markets. In concert with the 2017 announcement of the Minto – Latitude Margaritaville concept, his focus shifted to overseeing the Latitude portfolio in Daytona Beach, Hilton Head, Watersound (Florida Panhandle) and most recently the expansion into Texas.
