Jeremy London is Vice President of Customer Experience at ECP, where he works closely with senior living operators to improve how technology supports daily operations and business performance. He leads teams responsible for implementation, customer success, billing, and pharmacy across a customer base spanning more than 8,000 communities and 800 pharmacy partners nationwide.His focus is on helping organizations move beyond go-live to consistent adoption and measurable results, including faster time to value, better execution at the community level, and stronger financial outcomes. He previously spent nearly a decade at Epic partnering with leading health systems on operational and technology initiatives.
