Matt Friend
Comedian / Impressionist
Matthew Friend is an old soul living inside a 26-year-old comedian/actor/impressionist’s body. Matthew graduated from NYU’s Gallatin School in 2020, but his love of comedy and entertainment was sparked when he was four years old. He had watched Austin Powers (yes, as a four-year-old) and started mimicking the characters’ voices—and the rest was history.
To date, Matthew has over two million followers across all social platforms: TikTok, Snap, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. He has appeared on The Howard Stern Show, the Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, NBC’s New York Live TV, Good Day LA, and more.
In 2019, Matthew won Kenan Thompson’s Ultimate Comedy Experience at Carolines on Broadway. Matthew’s repertoire includes more than 250 impressions ranging from Rami Malek to Timothee Chalamet.
Matt has voiced multiple characters for The Simpsons and Family Guy. At the start of the year, Matt made an appearance on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve and hosted megaviral comedy interviews on the Golden Globes Red Carpet. Matt recently surprised President Joe Biden while performing at the White House Correspondents Dinner and he recently headlined the Netflix Is A Joke Festival during his nationwide standup comedy tour.
